Mrs. Agustina Bartolon Deleon, age 60, transitioned on November 25, 2025 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Johnson Chapel United Holy Church, 2753 Arrington Bridge Road, Dudley, NC 28333.

District Elder Derrick Oates will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Interment will follow at Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Johnson Chapel United Holy Church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews-Marrow Memorial Chapel of Goldsboro.
