Mr. Alejandro Hernandez, age 46, transitioned on August 10, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral Mass will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 331 Hammond Street, Rocky Mount, NC.

Interment will take place on 1:00 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
