Ms. Angela L. Whitley Wooten, age 62, transitioned peacefullyon January 24, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

The service of remembrance will take place on Saturday, February 2, 2019. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. to be held at Saint James Missionary Baptist Church, 527East Thomas Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27801. Dr. James T. Worthyserves as the pastor. Dr. Mildred Braswell will deliver the eulogy.

Interment will follow at Community Cemetery, Princeville, NC.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

The final rites and professional arrangements have been entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
