Ms. Bessie Bridges Sharpe, age 76, transitioned on December 2, 2025 at Nash UNC Health Care.

Memorial Tea Celebration will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
