Ms. Brenda Carter, age 66, transitioned on February 12, 2023 at Nash UNC Health Care.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
