Mr. Calvin "Nub" Bridgers, age 63, transitioned on August 24, 2019 at UNC Nash Health Care.

The service of remembrance will take place 12NoonSaturday, August 31, 2019 at Abundant Life Ministries. Pastor Keith Moore serves as the Senior Pastor and Elder Treba Howard of Greater Joy North, Roanoke Rapids, NC will be officiating. Burial will follow at Batts, Batts and Batts Cemetery.

Visitation will take place on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
