Mrs. Christine Dancy Horne, age 84, transitioned on July 24, 2024 at Nash UNC Health Care.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2024 at The New Morning Star Church of Christ, 225 S. Glendale Drive, Rocky Mount, NC.

Interment will follow at Northeastern Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 1213 Leggett Road, Rocky Mount, NC. Omega Omega Ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m.
