Ms. Daisy Lee Phillips, age 95, transitioned on April 2, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2024 at The River Church, 4425 Ben Franklin Blvd., Durham NC.

Interment will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
