David Lee Blair, 55, from Winston-Salem, NC, went to Heaven on February 13, 2021. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a disabled Veteran with four children - Amber Blair, Brittney Blair, Josh Blair, and Sam Blair, and five grandchildren - Frederick Ford IV, Riot Davidson Ford, Randy Willie Maximus Ransom, Kristin Mary-Leigh Cicale, and Nataleigh Cicale.
David was born on August 8, 1965 in Indiana. He grew up in Virginia Beach and served as a sergeant in the Army as a military policeman. He never met a stranger, loved cooking, craftmaking, fishing, beach going, exploring the outdoors, the Carolina Panthers, and the Lord.
He is preceded in death by his mother Wilma Blair, his father Ernest Blair, and his brothers Mark Blair and Michael Foxx. He is survived by his wife Mischelle Jenkins, sisters Melanie Kotlarsz(Tom Kotlarsz), Katrina Strickland(Brad Strickland), and Valerie Wasilewski, nephews Tony Halloran, Preston Miracle, and Davy Courson, and nieces Ashlie Nolisa, LeeAnna Beeson, Rachel Goins, and Alyssa Courson.
David will be forever loved and missed.
