Ms. Debra Y. McNeil, age 71, transitioned on May 8, 2023.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. May 20, 2023 at Thornes Chapel Baptist Church, 1624 Windsor Drive, Rocky Mount, NC.

Reverend Richard L. Battle will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
