Mr. Dennis Bernard Jones, 67, of Rocky Mount, NC transitioned into eternal rest on January 26, 2021.

Dennis was proceeded in death by his mother Lucille Jones Gregg, whom he loved dearly. He is survived by his sister Cynthia Jones Rackley, his four nieces Christina Rackley Ward, Britney Rackley Stewart, Brandy Rackley (all of Rocky Mount, NC), Natasha Williams (Enfield, NC), two aunts, Dora Eaton (Baltimore, MD) and Dorothy Byrd (Tarboro, NC), a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Dennis was a faithful member of Greater Joy Baptist Church of Rocky Mount, NC, where Bishop Shelton C. Daniel is Senior Pastor and a frequent visitor of In His Way Ministries were Mrs. Angela King is Pastor.

Dennis was loved by many during his time on earth. However, those who loved him can find solace in knowing he is now resting in the arms of the Lord.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
