Mr. DeQuan Xavier "Noot" Dickens, age 18, transitioned on July 12, 2019.

The service of remembrance will take place Saturday, July 20, 2019. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. to be held at The New Morning Star Church of Christ, 225 S. Glendale Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27801. Pastor Carlton G. McCarter serves as the pastor and Reverend T.J. Walker will be officiating.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Abundant Life Ministries, 500 Peachtree Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.

Interment will be at Pineview Cemetery.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
