Mr. Donald Joseph Cook, age 84, transitioned on February 17, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 331 Hammond Street, Rocky Mount, NC

with Father Tim Mears, officiating.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.

We are asking everyone in attendance to please wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Mr. Cookto Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
