Mr. Dwayne Ledon Cannady, age 45, transitioned on July 13, 2025 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Matthews Family Mortuary.
Visitation will be held on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
