Mr. Ernest Dean Thorne, age 81, transitioned on October 27, 2022 at Nash UNC Health Care.

Funeral Service will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2022 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Red Oak, NC.

Interment will follow at New St. John Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
