Mr. Jerome " DJ Jack Ya Body" Smalls, age 55, transitioned on July 30, 2022 in the comfort of his home surrounded by loving family.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Greater Joy Baptist Church, 820 Nashville Road, Rocky Mount, NC.

Bishop Shelton C. Daniel will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
