Johnnie Derrick Moore of Rocky Mount NC, passed away unexpectedly on July 28,
2021 at the age of 54. Johnnie Derrick was born on December 24,1966 to the late
Johnnie "Randy" Moore and Joan Deans Moore. He was also preceded in death
by his sister, Jenny Yvonne Moore.

Johnnie Derrick Moore worked with his Uncle Gerry T. Moore at the Auto Clinic
for many years until his health declined and he was unable to work.

Johnnie Derrick Moore is survived by his three beautiful daughters that he loved
more than anything, Lauren Danielle, Ashleigh Nichole and Lindsay Renee Moore
and the mother of his daughters, Melissa Joyner Moore. He is also survived by
several aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to his three daughters via

Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 am. Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Reverend Donnie Tolson will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
