Mr. Leslie "Pop" Horne, age 74, transitioned on December 28, 2024 at Nash UNC Health Care.

Funeral Service will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Mount Zion First Baptist Church, 320 W. Thomas Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.

Apostle Linda Gilchrist-Dickens will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Interment will follow at Pineview Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
