Ms. Lisa Ann Winnegan, age 49, transitioned on January 7, 2023.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Reverend Gregory Daniels will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Burial will follow at Marks Chapel Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
