Mr. Lonnie Sharrod Lucas, Sr. age 75, transitioned on March 29, 2023 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Abundant Life Ministries, 734 Falls Road, Rocky Mount, NC.

Pastor J. Russell Harris will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Entombment will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
