Dr. Margaret B. Parker, age 89, transitioned on October 6, 2024 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 14, 2024 at New Saint Delight United Holy Church,693 Suttontown Road, Mount Olive, NC.

Elder Scottie Rodgers, presiding.

Bishop Devin C. Pickett, Presiding Prelate of the Southern District Convocation, will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Interment will follow at First Congregational UCC Church Cemetery, 215 Sleepy Creek Road, Dudley, NC.

Dr. Parker will lie in state on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at New Saint Delight United Holy Church in Mount Olive, NC.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews-Marrow Memorial Chapel of Goldsboro.
