Mr. David Conrad Modlin, age 64, transitioned on April 17, 2026 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC.

Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Hillsdale Baptist Church, 1601 Cherry Street, Rocky Mount, NC.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
