Mr. Willie Herman Smith, age 80, transitioned on June 29, 2026 in the comfort of his home surrounded by loving family.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2026 at Fountain of Life Church, 900 Wilkins Street, Rocky Mount, NC.

Dr. Bishop JP Lynch will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday one hour prior to the service at the church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
