Mother Bertha Lee Herring, age 87, of Mount Olive, NC, transitioned on May 30, 2026 at her residence surrounded by loving family.

Funeral Service will be held 12:00 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Gospel Revival Uplift Ministries, 120 E. Hillsboro Street, Mount Olive, NC 28365.

Pastor Camelia Worrell will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Interment will follow at Carver Memorial Park in Mount Olive, NC.

Visitation will be held on Sunday one hour prior to the service at the church.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews-Marrow Memorial Chapel of Goldsboro.
