Ms. Ruth L. Bullard, age 78, transitioned on June 29, 2026 in the comfort of her home surrounded by loving family.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2026 at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 702 W. Raleigh Blvd., Rocky Mount, NC.

Pastor Timothy J. Walker will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Interment will follow at Pineview Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday one hour prior to the service at the church.

The family will receive visitors at 929 Arlington Street, Rocky Mount, NC beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026 thru Friday, July 3, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
