Ms. Patricia Ann Whitaker, age 62, transitioned on December 28, 2025 at Nash UNC Health Care.

Funeral Service will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Matthews Family Mortuary.

Reverend Stacy Evans will deliver words of comfort to the family.

Interment will follow at New St. John Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
