Ms. Rosa Garrett Harper, age 83, transitioned on February 27, 2021 in the comfort of her residence.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021 at East End Missionary Baptist Church, 928 E. Highland Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC.

Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

We are asking everyone in attendance at the funeral service and visitation to please wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times.

Funeral Services will be streamed via our Matthews Family Mortuary Facebook page beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
