Mr. Wilbur Earl Parker, age 71, transitioned on October 29, 2024 in Baltimore, MD.

Funeral Service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Matthews Family Mortuary, 1000 North Winstead Avenue Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
Overseer Dr. Everett Silver Sr. Officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Final rites and professional arrangements are entrusted to Matthews Family Mortuary.
